Owens & Minor in Richmond, VA is hiring a Head of Supply Planning Strategy & Enablement to lead capabilities, processes, data governance, and transformation that drive world-class supply planning.

This leader will design future-state planning, oversee IBP/S&OP integration, and champion planning technology like SAP IBP, SAP ECC/S4HANA, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder, while partnering with IT, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience.
• 5+ years leading transformation and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year supply planning enablement roadmap.
• Lead planning system deployments and improvements (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Drive data governance, KPIs, and analytics for planning.
