Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist in Vista, CA, on-site. This contract role will drive end-to-end supply chain strategy, optimize inventory, and ensure global product availability for life-saving therapies.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in biopharma planning, with strong SAP and Excel skills. Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Commercial teams in a cGMP environment to resolve deviations and optimize production capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of supply or production planning experience in biopharmaceutical or biological manufacturing.
• Advanced SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP standards, regulatory parameters, and complex supply chain constraints.
• APICS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (PowerBI or Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Identify supply constraints and bottlenecks, formulating proactive mitigation strategies for senior leadership.

• Manage detailed batch allocation forecasts and WIP inventory parameters within a highly regulated cGMP environment.
• Serve as the site expert for SAP Planning, driving continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization.
