Job summary

Yamaha Motor US in Marietta, GA is seeking a Wholesale Specialist I to support Motorsports supply planning through SAP data maintenance, pricing administration, and inventory reporting. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and timely decision support.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with Supply Planning, Sales Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, with emphasis on audit-ready records and SOP updates for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply planning, sales operations, data administration, inventory support, or a related environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage model set ups for Motorsports product lines and ensure SAP records are accurate.
• Administer dealer pricing and price sheet activities in SAP and publish through YDS.
• Support Motorsports Loan Pool Reserve processes and inventory cleanup activities.
• Maintain production and inventory data in SAP and provide analysis for planning.
• Perform warehouse and inventory analysis to identify issues and support dealer orders.
• Process monthly chargebacks in coordination with Accounting and Vehicle Support.
