Job summary

Feastables in Chicago is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planning Manager to own relationships with contract manufacturers across North America, develop production plans, and maintain rolling forecasts.

The role requires 5+ years in planning or supply chain within the CPG industry, proficiency in NetSuite, ERP, and Excel, and strong analytical, communication, and ownership. The position offers a competitive salary with bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of planning or supply chain experience in a CPG environment.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with contract manufacturers across North America.
• Develop monthly production plans based on inventories and forecasts.
• Maintain rolling 12-month supply forecasts for partners.
• Analyze supply scenarios and advise on capacity changes.
• Manage inventory, stockouts, and obsolescence.
• Track KPIs and lead quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Lead cross-functional projects to resolve production issues.
• Support monthly planning with data storytelling in the Supply Review.
• Collaborate in new product development with manufacturers.
• Place and manage purchase orders in Feastables ERP.
