Job summary

Feastables is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Operations Analyst in Chicago to support warehouse and order operations as the brand scales. You will work cross-functionally to optimize inventory, coordinate with 3PLs, and improve KPI reporting in a fast-paced CPG environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in supply chain, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite or ERP systems. This role offers growth, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or inventory (internships count).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate to advanced Excel.
• NetSuite or other ERP experience is a plus.
• Quick learner who can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with an unstructured or unpredictable workday and ability to travel to warehouses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support order management with 3PLs, co-mans, and warehouse partners.
• Provide cross-functional updates to Customer Supply Chain, International, and Procurement teams on orders and changes.
• Support DTC operations, SKU setup, and inventory management.
• Report on daily warehouse inventory KPIs and flag inefficiencies.
• Monitor MOQs and lead times and flag issues to the team.
• Process sample requests: create labels, provide ETAs, coordinate with parcel partners, share tracking.
• Support NetSuite tasks: receiving transfers, auditing data, building reports, and assisting with EDI and month-end inventory.
