Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supply Planning Leader to guide a team of Supply Planning Analysts, owning planning processes, and driving data integrity and KPI performance across the supply chain.

As part of a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you will collaborate with suppliers, distribution, demand planning, and operations; oversee S&OP, implement process improvements, and support new product introductions and end-of-life planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience with supply chain planning tools, software, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Supply Planning Analysts, providing guidance and feedback.
• Set clear performance expectations and develop team capabilities.
• Own and scale supply planning processes and Oracle ERP; ensure data integrity and adoption.
• Anticipate and prioritize business partner needs; proactively solve issues.
• Own performance against KPIs (fill rate, inventory turns, excess/obsolete inventory).
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, distribution, demand planning, and operations.
• Lead monthly S&OP reporting and present risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across supply planning, including automation and inventory optimization.
• Prioritize workload to balance short-term execution with long-term initiatives.
• Support new product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life planning with robust supply/demand analysis.
• Act as SME in supply planning tools and processes.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, distribution, demand planning, and operations to proactively identify and resolve constraints and risks.
• Lead monthly S&OP reporting and influence cross-functional and leadership decisions by presenting risks, trade-offs, and actionable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply planning, including process automation, data accuracy, and inventory optimization.
• Prioritize team workload and resources to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic initiatives.
• Support new product introductions, product transitions, and end-of-life planning with robust supply and demand analysis.
• Act as subject matter expert in supply planning tools and processes, helping elevate team capabilities and system utilization.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles with:
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven experience with Supply Chain planning tools, software, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
