Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, People Lead for Supply Planning to lead the Repack Team in delivering the supply plan for North America Consumer Brands. You will manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate S&OP processes, and drive risk mitigation while maintaining strong internal/external partnerships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Supply Chain and 3+ years in a leadership capacity, plus experience with Kinaxis and SAP ECC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain with exposure to Supply Planning.
• 3+ years with advanced degree

Responsibilities

• Identify supply risks, escalate to stakeholders and support mitigation plans.
• Align inputs for demand and supply planners for accurate forecast and analysis.
• Lead S&OE meetings and ensure alignment with NA standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to hit timelines and objectives.
• Lead a team of supply planners and support Supplier Performance Management.
• Translate forecast changes and constraints into executable supply plans with cross-functional partners.
