Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, People Lead for Supply Planning to lead the Repack Team and deliver the NA Consumer Brands supply plan. You will coordinate dependent demand accuracy, manage a team, and escalate business-critical topics in weekly Execution meetings to ensure stability and alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain experience with exposure to Supply Planning.
• 3+ years with advanced degree.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify supply risks, escalate to stakeholders and develop mitigation plans.
• Align inputs for demand and supply planners for accurate forecast reviews.
• Participate in monthly S&OE meetings per the S&OP process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate forecast changes into plans.
• Lead a team of supply planners and support supplier performance management.
• Manage production timing, component availability and inventory constraints.
