Job summary

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in Houston, TX is seeking a Supply Planning Support role within Adhesive Technologies. You’ll assist supply planners with inventory reviews, open issues, and material availability to keep operations running smoothly.

In SAP, you’ll help maintain planning master data (MOQ, rounding values, lead times, source lists, MRP fields) and create Excel/Power BI reports to track inventory, open orders, planning exceptions and supply gaps.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining planning master data in SAP (MOQ, rounding values, lead times, source lists, and MRP fields)
• Ability to create and update Excel and Power BI reports to track inventory and planning metrics
• Familiarity with supply planning processes and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Support supply planners with planning activities, including reviewing open supply issues, inventory levels, and material availability.
• Help maintain and validate planning master data in SAP, such as MOQ, rounding values, lead times, source lists, and MRP related fields.
• Create and update Excel/Power BI reports to track inventory, open orders, planning exceptions, and supply gaps.
• Assist with data cleanup and process improvement projects to improve planning accuracy and reporting visibility.
• Work with supply planning, production planning, procurement, and customer service teams to follow up on open items and support issue resolution.
