Job summary

Henkel's internship in Houston offers hands-on experience in supply planning, data analysis, and reporting. You’ll build Excel/Power BI dashboards, validate master data in SAP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy. This paid internship runs May 24–August 13, with opportunities for future roles.

Applicants are pursuing a degree in a related field and have strong attention to detail and communication skills. SAP experience is a plus but not required.

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow up skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• SAP experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support supply planners with planning activities, including reviewing open supply issues, inventory levels, and material availability.
• Help maintain and validate planning master data in SAP, such as MOQ, rounding values, lead times, source lists, and MRP related fields.
• Create and update Excel/Power BI reports to track inventory, open orders, planning exceptions, and supply gaps.
• Assist with data cleanup and process improvement projects to improve planning accuracy and reporting visibility.
• Work with supply planning, production planning, procurement, and customer service teams to follow up on open items and support issue resolution.

What you’ll do

• This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
• This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
