Job summary

Honeywell Process Technology seeks a Senior Supply Planner to optimize inventory and align supply with demand across the Process Technology unit. You will report to the Director Planning COE and work in a hybrid mode from Houston, Charlotte, or Rosemont, collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and drive improvements.

The role requires 6+ years in supply planning and 3+ years with Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP or similar tools, plus strong data analytics and process

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply planning, operations planning/scheduling, or related areas.
• 3+ years proficiency with Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, BlueYonder, O9, Anaplan or OMP.
• 3+ years managing supply plans and inventory with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes in complex environments.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support center of excellence role for Process Technology planning.
• Transform processes, tech and people for new planning environments.
• Assist global supply planners with Kinaxis and SAP IBP troubleshooting.
• Drive standard processes per Honeywell Global Design Model for planning.
• Mentor, train, and develop supply/inventory planning teams.
• Relocation support may be provided.
