  • Process sales orders and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
  • Prepare materials and documentation for domestic and international shipments, including import/export paperwork.
  • Coordinate material movements between manufacturing locations and distribution sites.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, material exceptions, and batch issues while partnering with Quality and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support warehouse operations by receiving, counting, organizing, and staging materials as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data using ERP systems, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment; medical device or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong inventory management mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in both a warehouse environment and an office setting (approximately 60% computer-based work).
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred, though candidates with other ERP platforms and a strong aptitude for learning are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and locations.
  • Ability to perform light material handling, including counting, organizing, and moving inventory as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP ERP experience.
  • Medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing experience.
  • Experience supporting raw material planning, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
