Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an Inventory Analyst to support daily supply, inventory, and purchasing activities across the client’s global supply chain. You will maintain material availability, monitor supply strategies, and manage site-to-site inventory balancing with detailed analysis and reporting.

Your role includes ensuring data integrity, updating dashboards, and supporting the full PO lifecycle to secure on-time deliveries. Strong Excel and ERP familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, purchasing and inventory analysis; internships acceptable.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to execute repeatable processes.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Run recurring reports to track inventory levels, E&O, and shortages across global hubs.
• Monitor inventory against targets (DOH, turns, safety stock) and flag variances to seniors.
• Evaluate supply plans to balance inventory across sites before E&O reporting.
• Maintain dashboards and data files (Excel / BI) with accurate, timely information.
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory imbalances (excess, shortages, slow-moving stock).
• Support monthly inventory reviews by preparing data and highlighting key changes.
• Provide data inputs for S&OP and supply reviews (inventory position, risks, gaps).
• Track and report key metrics such as inventory turns and service levels.

In this role, you will maintain material availability by monitoring supply strategies, executing site-to-site inventory balancing, and performing detailed inventory analysis. You will also ensure high data integrity through consistent reporting and manage the full purchase order lifecycle to secure on-time deliveries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing and inventory analysis (internships acceptable)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, etc.) preferred
• Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory concepts (lead time, safety stock, turns)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute repeatable processes accurately
• Good communication skills for working with internal teams and suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update dashboards and data files (Excel / BI tools) with accurate, timely information
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory imbalances (excess, shortages, slow-moving stock)
• Support monthly inventory reviews by preparing data and highlighting key changes
• Operational Support for S&OP
• Provide data inputs for S&OP and supply reviews (inventory position, risks, gaps)
• Track and report key metrics such as inventory turns, service levels, and aging
• Follow up on action items from planning and inventory review meetings
