Job summary

ReaderLink is seeking a Supply Planner I to create, manage and maintain purchase orders and inventory across all ReaderLink distribution centers. The role involves coordinating with publishers, Sales, and Marketing to resolve discrepancies and ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, prior buying or inventory experience, and strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. This is an in-office, fast-paced role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related business subject required.
• Previous buying or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with working with the F&O system preferred.
• Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and track purchase orders across all publishers and ReaderLink Distribution Centers to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
• Review and resolve quarantine inventory.
• Enter and maintain items into F&O.
• Communicate all product discrepancies between Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with our publishers and licensors.
• Handle multiple tasks and work extra hours to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned, directed, or requested.
