Job summary

Everpure is building a dedicated Supply Planning function from scratch and seeks a founding member to own end-to-end supply planning for our product platform, drive the transition to a Configure-to-Order (CTO) strategy, and shape operating cadence, SOPs, and tools.

You will own planning across internal and contract-manufacturing sites, lead CTO adoption, and influence ERP/APS implementations while building SOPs and KPIs as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on supply planning experience in high-tech/electronics manufacturing.
• Fluency in Configure-to-Order processes and multi-level BOM management, buffer positioning, safety stock methods.
• Direct SAP planning experience (MM/PP/APO) and SAP IBP or APS tooling such as o9/ Kinaxis/ Blue Yonder.
• Experience partnering with contract manufacturers or EMS for planning cadence and capacity.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills and ability to structure large datasets in ambiguous environments.

What You’ll Do

• Own end‑to‑end supply planning, translating demand signals into executable builds, capacity, and material plans across internal and contract‑manufacturing sites.
• Lead the transition from finished‑goods buffer to Configure‑to‑Order, including buffer positioning and attach‑rate modeling for accessories and semi‑finished goods.
• Serve as the primary supply‑planning point of contact for contract manufacturers, driving planning cycles, capacity commitments, and performance reviews.
• Act as the business SME in the SAP IBP/S/4HANA implementation—shaping requirements, process design, and adoption to align current tooling with the CTO model.
• Help build the Supply Planning function, contributing to SOPs, KPIs, and a playbook as the team scales.

What You Bring

• Deep, hands‑on supply‑planning experience in high‑tech or electronics manufacturing, with fluency in Configure‑to‑Order processes and multi‑level BOM management, including buffer positioning and safety‑stock methodologies.
• Direct, hands‑on experience planning in SAP (MM/PP/APO) along with SAP IBP or an equivalent APS platform (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Experience managing capacity, allocation, and planning cadence directly with contract manufacturers or EMS partners.
• Comfort contributing to ERP/APS implementations—documenting business requirements and influencing cross‑functional alignment among demand planning, sourcing, and execution partners.
• Strong data fluency—advanced Excel and analysis skills, and the ability to structure large, imperfect datasets in ambiguous environments.

The Annual Base Salary Range Is

$134,000—$202,000 USD. This range reflects the labor market for the location and may be augmented with incentive pay and/or equity.
