Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (USA) is seeking a Supply Operations Analyst to coordinate batch disposition, toll manufacturing activities, and cross‑functional order management.

The role interfaces with Partners, Finance, Quality, Warehouse & Logistics, and CMO teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with service agreements. The analyst will liaise with internal and external groups to facilitate product disposition for clinical and commercial products, monitor milestones, and escalate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (Analyst) or 5 years (Senior Analyst) is preferred.
• Pharmaceutical or biotech visibility is a plus; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates site batch disposition and related meetings; tracks actions.
• Manages toll manufacturing processes and maintains relationships with partners.
• Coordinates order receipt, acknowledgement, and milestone monitoring.
• Communicates status and escalates risks to stakeholders as needed.
• Supports cross-site alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
