Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Supply Operations Analyst to manage the flow of orders from tolling and internal sites to ensure on-time product availability and cost-effective delivery.

You will coordinate with Partners, Finance, Quality, and Logistics to maintain schedules and performance across sites. The role requires strong communication, analytical abilities, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced biotech environment while supporting continuous improvement and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background.
• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management for Analyst level; 5 years for Senior Analyst.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience is a plus; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates batch disposition and follows up on actions with stakeholders.
• Drives batch impacting events toward closure for timely disposition.
• Implements toll manufacturing processes and maintains relationships.
• Coordinates with Partners, Finance, Tax, Quality, Logistics, and CMO teams.
• Acts as primary tolling contact with external partners under supply agreements.
• Works with cross-functional teams to manage customer orders end-to-end.
• Manages order acknowledgement and acceptance within timelines.
• Monitors milestones and mitigates risks to timelines.
• Communicates order status and potential constraints across teams.
• Reports risks and escalates when necessary.
• Serves as focal point for customers regarding order status.
• Leads meetings to review current orders pipeline and status.
• Develops BI reports to communicate orders from receipt to implementation.
• Drives cross-site alignment and gap analysis to remove issues.
