You will coordinate material availability with QA/QC/Manufacturing and participate in Demand and Supply Reviews, while building analytics and KPIs to improve process efficiency.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and on-site operations with strong MS Office/Oracle skills and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science as a baseline.
• Analyst level requires 2 years in Supply Chain; Senior Analyst requires 5 years.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience is a plus; Master’s is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage material demand across IOPS and site.
• Participate in Demand Reviews and Supply Reviews.
• Coordinate availability of material with QA/QC/Manufacturing/Procurement.
• Ensure production and shipping meet manufacturing requirements.
• Prepare invoices reflecting contents and pricing for shipments.
• Develop data analytics and ad hoc reports for supply chain.
• Create and publish KPIs to improve process effectiveness.
