Job description

As a Supply Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by working closely with both internal and external key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing stock levels to ensure availability, packing and lodging spares shipments, implementing quarantine actions in line with procedures, and overseeing the storage and shipping of dangerous goods. We are looking for someone eager to learn about our dynamic industry and contribute to our growing organisation. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors and suppliers to resolve discrepancies on received shipments.

Essential criteria:

  • Available to work in a shift roster pattern across a 24-hour span
  • Unrestricted driver’s license
  • Experience working in stores/warehousing or a similar safety-sensitive environment
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Current forklift license (advantageous)
  • Dangerous goods certificate and working knowledge of IAS software (advantageous)
  • Experience in issue and receipt of aeronautical products (desirable)
  • Willing to complete an alcohol and drug test upon successful application
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 12 months relevant experience in a similar position
