Job summary

Kyyba is seeking a Supply Management Planner I for our Dubuque, IA location. The role focuses on communication with suppliers to align delivery plans and expedite direct materials to keep production running smoothly.

You will lead supplier meetings, monitor performance, resolve past-due orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery plans are in place to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology or Supply Management or equivalent.
• Experience in supply management or related operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery plans and expedite direct materials to prevent production disruption.
• Run supplier meetings to review delinquent orders and create acceptable delivery plans.
• Maintain supplier relationships while monitoring corrective actions to improve performance.
• Analyze and resolve past due orders and proactively communicate supply issues to stakeholders.
• Resolve shipping and receiving issues to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure all parts have delivery plans to meet production needs.
