Job summary

Kyyba is seeking a Supply Management Planner I for our Dubuque, IA location. The role focuses on communication with suppliers to align delivery plans and expedite direct materials to keep production running smoothly.

You will lead supplier meetings, monitor performance, resolve past-due orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery plans are in place to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology or Supply Management or equivalent.
• Experience in supply management or related operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery plans and expedite direct materials to prevent production disruption.
• Run supplier meetings to review delinquent orders and create acceptable delivery plans.
• Maintain supplier relationships while monitoring corrective actions to improve performance.
• Analyze and resolve past due orders and proactively communicate supply issues to stakeholders.
• Resolve shipping and receiving issues to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure all parts have delivery plans to meet production needs.

** Title: Supply Management Planner I - Supply Management // Supply Management Planner**

** Location:** Dubuque, IA - 52001

** Duration: 12 Months (possible extension, annual renewal)**

** 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, OT hours may be required**

** Your Responsibilities:

• As a Supply Management Planner for Construction and Forestry located in Dubuque, IA, you’ll communicate with suppliers regarding delivery plans and expedite direct materials to ensure production runs without disruption.

** In Addition, You Will:**

• Running supplier meetings to review delinquent orders and create acceptable delivery plans.
• Work with Supply Management personnel to maintain supplier relationships, while monitoring, measuring, and defining corrective actions to improve supplier performance.
• Continuously analyze and resolve past due orders while proactively communicating supply issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Resolve shipping and receiving issues to ensure timely payment to suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Planners have an overarching goal to ensure all parts on their desk have delivery plans in place to ensure production needs are satisfied.

• Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Degree in a Business/Management, Engineering/Technology or Supply Management discipline or equivalent work experience.
