Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
  • Background investigation and/or fingerprint check.

  • 1-year probationary period during which performance will be evaluated.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains supplies and equipment and handles database utilization and document processing for all phases of NISC.
  • Uses NISC to maintain accountability records and files, document inventory disposition and changes, and screen procurement requests.
  • Evaluates supply management codes and delivery information to ensure transactions are accurate.
  • Recommends new solutions and responds to inquiries related to findings from internal and external contacts.
  • Monitors and maintains nonstandard program information using the closed-loop inventory system.
  • Creates and commits approved level purchase orders for final review and signature.
