Job summary

South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is seeking a diligent Supply Manager I to plan, coordinate, and administer inventory and procurement operations across DJJ facilities. You will ensure efficient acquisition, tracking, storage, and accountability of supplies while maintaining compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination, stock control, and analytics using SCEIS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and work experience related to inventory/supply management.
• Working knowledge of supply practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory control and accounting procedures applicable to Inventory Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively; valid SC driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages inventory, warehouse, and supply operations for assigned facilities.
• Receives, stores, distributes, and tracks supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Monitors usage, establishes reorder points, conducts physical inventories, and ensures accuracy.
• Ensures compliance with agency requirements and audit standards.
• Prepares requisitions, shopping carts, reports, and supporting documentation.
