Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare supply chain and distribution.
• Experience with Pyxis and MSCM preferred; vendor management skills useful.

• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate logistics and delivery of supplies across the Center.
• Track shipments and maintain shipment reports.
• Minimize lead times and ensure on-time delivery of materials/equipment.
• Track and update orders and inventory receipts inside/outside MSCM software.
• Monitor equipment for expiration dates and inspect inventory quality/damage.

Restock Pyxis machines and Par locations throughout the organization.* Assists with product rotation and monitoring expiration dates. Utilizes handheld devices. Communicates effectively and provides excellent customer service.
