Job summary

Moffitt is hiring a Supply & Distribution Clerk to support the Cancer Center's supply chain operations onsite in Tampa. The role requires handling logistics, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery of patient care materials.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare-supply chain and hands-on experience with Pyxis and MSCM systems, plus strong communication and customer-service skills. This is an onsite full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare supply chain and distribution.
• Experience with Pyxis and MSCM preferred; vendor management skills useful.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate logistics and delivery of supplies across the Center.
• Track shipments and maintain shipment reports.
• Minimize lead times and ensure on-time delivery of materials/equipment.
• Track and update orders and inventory receipts inside/outside MSCM software.
• Monitor equipment for expiration dates and inspect inventory quality/damage.
• Resolve delivery issues promptly (delays, back orders) as they arise.
• Operate lightweight motor vehicles to retrieve and deliver materials.
