Responsibilities

• Must work in each clinic as assigned and be knowledgeable across scheduling/registration processes for Outpatient Services.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed to cover patient access functions.
• Coordinate scheduling for Surgery, Diagnostics, Labs, Infusion, and other outpatient services.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.
• Collaborate with health care teams to ensure timely patient access and service flow.
