Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a dedicated Supply Coordinator for Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, joining the Materials Management team. The role focuses on maintaining inventories for Surgical Services, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring efficient procurement processes to support patient care.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years purchasing or OR experience, a High School diploma, and prefer an Associates degree. On-site role at Downtown Jacksonville, with standard full-time hours.

• Working with automated inventory management systems.

• Patient charges, researching and following up on device recalls.

Baptist Health is currently to add Supply Coordinator to our Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a Full-time opportunity Monday through Friday with weekends as needed.

This position will work closely with licensed healthcare professionals and impacts their ability to care for patients daily. The ideal candidate will have warehousing, customer service, and healthcare experience and be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Excel.

As a Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

This Supply Coordinator will be located at Baptist Medical Center in downtown Jacksonville.
