Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join the Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This full-time day position supports Surgical Services with procurement, warehousing, and timely supply deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in OR Materials Management, a high school diploma (associates preferred), and strong Excel proficiency. Weekend coverage may be required. Downtown Main Building location.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years operating room materials management experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associates of Arts/Sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day to day Materials Management operations and supply chain support for Surgical Services.
• Procure supplies, equipment, and services for Surgical Services using electronic methods.
• Warehousing of supplies.
• Foster excellent customer service by ensuring daily needs are met and on-time delivery of orders.
• Perform scale audits, sample counting, and expiration management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
