Job Overview
APTIM is hiring a Supply Clerk to perform Installation Support Services for the United States Army Garrison Redstone (USAG-R) Department of Public Works (DPW) with our partner AKIMA. This position will serve as a supply clerk responsible for receipt, issue, storage, shipment, inventory, return of materials and supplies, and, with guidance from supervisor, prepares and maintains supporting files for supply transactions and audit trail.

Wage Rates & Union Benefits
- Wage rates and fringe benefits are governed by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the company and a union.
- CBAs typically include retirement plans, health insurance, and other benefits. APTIM pays some fringe benefit costs; some may require employee contribution.

- As of this posting, the estimated pay range is $25.60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain documentation for material requests, issues, shipments, and returns.
- Verify receipt of items, coordinate with transport agencies, and manage inventory.
- Execute issues from stock based on requests, restock materials, and participate in inventory actions.
- Adhere to warehouse procedures, manage returns, and maintain stock location systems.
- Perform warehousing duties, including handling hazardous materials if required.
- Use a computer for communication, reports, and data analysis.
- Plan and monitor warehouse activities, maintain cleanliness, and use PPE when needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- Valid State Driver's License
- Meet pre-employment requirements (physical, drug screening, background, MVR)
- CAC eligibility or ability to obtain a CAC
- Forklift and flatbed licenses within 90 days (training provided)
- Ability to work shifts of at least 8 hours, stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various environments.
