Job summary

Axiom is seeking an experienced Supply Chain/Transportation Attorney to advise clients across automotive, retail, technology, and consumer goods sectors on commercial matters involving suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers. This full‑time role covers drafting and negotiating procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution agreements.

Qualifications

• Licensed U.S. attorney with 3+ years of experience focusing on supply chain, transportation, or logistics law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on supply chain and transportation contracts, including drafting and negotiating procurement, transportation services, warehousing, and distribution agreements.
• Advise on regulatory compliance for transportation and logistics, including federal regs, import/export controls, environmental rules, customs, and international trade.
• Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks such as supplier disputes, recalls, disruptions, and ethical sourcing compliance.
