Job summary

Axiom is seeking Procurement Attorneys to join our Cleveland, OH team, advising for world-class technology, consumer goods, and professional services clients on complex supplier and procurement agreements.

You will draft, negotiate, and advise across sourcing, supplier risk, pricing, warranties, and continuity, partnering with procurement and business teams to deliver strategic outcomes while upholding the firm’s standards of excellence and ethics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an attorney handling procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and/or commercial contracting matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex supplier and procurement agreements.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on procurement and supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with business teams on strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships.
• Advise on supplier risk, pricing, warranties, and product quality.
• Provide guidance on procurement policies, disputes, and contract lifecycle issues.
