Join the Supply Chain Transformation Manager Role at Ally

Ally Financial is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Manager to lead a portfolio of transformation projects aimed at enhancing supply chain processes, technology, data, and strategic initiatives. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders, managing projects, and driving organizational change to achieve industry-leading results.

Work Schedule

The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Supply Chain Transformation Director, you will:

  • Drive process improvements, technology upgrades, reporting, data transformation, project execution, and governance.
  • Partner with business customers and product managers to transform and improve processes, drive efficiency, and enable change.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing supply chain processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and execute transformation projects to meet improvement goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of initiatives.
  • Use data analytics to prioritize activities on the transformation roadmap.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years in Supply Chain/Procurement within the financial industry, with experience in multiple functions.
  • Experience leading transformational initiatives, preferably in finance or consulting.
  • Familiarity with e-procurement systems (preferably Coupa).
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Proven leadership in project management and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influence skills.
Success Metrics
  • Achievement of KPIs related to process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • Successful implementation of initiatives within timelines and budgets.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and recognition as a subject matter expert.

Compensation Range

$90,000 - $150,000 USD, with eligibility for annual incentives. Salary is determined based on experience, education, and qualifications.
