Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a supply chain professional to provide customer service to all user departments and ensure efficient supply flow across nursing and patient care areas. The role emphasizes inventory control and accurate dispensing of products and equipment within TMH.

Reports to multiple leaders in Supply Chain and offers an opportunity to contribute to hospital operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

• Provide customer service to all user departments of TMH.
• Ensure efficient supply flow and competent inventory management for nursing units and patient care departments.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of products and equipment to appropriate departments.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing customer service to all user departments of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). Delivers efficient supply flow and exhibits competent inventory management for all nursing units and patient care departments within the facility. Ensures accurate dispensing of products and equipment to appropriate departments and/or inventories. Provides support to the Supply Chain leadership in keeping with the mission and values of TMH.

Reports directly to one of the following:

• Director, Logistics (JC: 019101) [future Director, Supply Chain Logistics]
• Manager, Supply Chain Linen Services (JC: TBD)
• Director, Supply Chain O.R. Logistics (JC: 245602)
• Supply Chain Supervisor (JC: TBD)
