Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Materials Management Technician to support equipment returns, rentals, and data-keeping across user departments and vendor partners.

The role emphasizes superior customer service, accurate processing of returns, and efficient handling of rentals while maintaining essential records and aligning with TMH's mission and values.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior hospital supply or materials management experience preferred, but not required.
• Certification/license/registry: none.

Responsabilidades

• The technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to user departments and vendors.
• They ensure accurate processing of equipment returns related to crediting, replacement and/or repairs.
• They are responsible for the efficient handling of equipment rentals.
• They maintain the necessary data records associated with the above responsibilities.
• They also provide support and feedback to the Directors in keeping with the mission and values of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.
