Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience, with familiarity in SAP ECC/EWM, Red Prairie WMS, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equal combination of education and experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP EWM, Red Prairie WMS, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar supply chain systems preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation related to supply chain systems, including procedures, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide first-level user support by gathering details, researching documented solutions, and escalating complex or unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Data Management, Customer service, Transportation, and Warehouse Management to support overall supply chain objectives.
• Contribute to basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Under the direction of experienced team members: perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential system/operational impacts.
