Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP EWM, Red Prairie WMS, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar systems preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation for supply chain systems, including procedures and guides.
• Provide first-level user support and escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain objectives.
• Contribute to basic data analysis for decision making.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
