Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support the management and optimization of supply chain systems. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operation of our supply chain technologies and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP EWM, Red Prairie WMS, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation related to supply chain systems, including procedures, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide first-level user support by gathering details, researching documented solutions, and escalating complex issues.
• Work on projects and assignments as part of a work team.
• Contribute to basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Under the direction of experienced team members: perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential system/operational impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Data Management, Customer service, Transportation, and Warehouse Management to support overall supply chain objectives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Using knowledge gained through resources, develop fundamental knowledge of functional practice, policy, and day‑to‑day execution requirements.
• Use solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
• With oversight, begin to apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.
• Perform other duties as needed.

The Supply Chain Associate is a newly established performer that supports the management and optimization of supply chain systems. This role helps ensure the effective operation of our supply chain technologies.

• This role does NOT provide current or future sponorship assisstance

Required Experience And Education

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP EWM, Red Prairie WMS, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar supply chain systems preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products preferred.
