Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC seeks a Lead SAPS/4EWM Functional Consultant with 15+ years of experience to drive design, configuration, and deployment of complex warehouse solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert, leading full-lifecycle implementations and go-lives in production logistics.

The role requires strong leadership, SAP expertise, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Hybrid structure includes on-site four days per week in Dallas and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant SAP or ERP implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of SAPS/4HWM, production logistics, and go-live processes.
• Strong communication and project leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting workshops to translate warehouse requirements into SAPS/4EWM blueprints.
• Configure S/4EWM processes including inbound/outbound, production staging, and wave management.
• Oversee go-live, cutover planning, and hypercare for high-volume facilities.
• Provide subject-matter expertise across multiple deployment initiatives.

Lead SAPS/4EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Lead SAPS/4EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Consultant with over 15years of experience to join oursupply chainteam. In this role, you will act asasubject matter expert, driving the design, configuration, and deployment of complex warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate has led multiple full-lifecycle implementations, deeplyunderstandsproduction logistics, and has a proven track record of successful go-lives.

Duties And Responsibilities Of The Position

• Solution Leadership : Act as the lead individual contributor and functional expert on all SAPS/4EWM2023deployment initiatives.
• Solution Design : Lead blueprinting workshops to translate complex warehouse requirements into scalable SAPS/4EWM blueprints.
• Configuration : Hands-on configuration ofS/4EWM processes including inbound/outbound processing, production staging, kitting, physical inventory, and wave management.
• Advanced Features : Implement advancedS/4EWM functionalities like Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting, and Material Flow Systems (MFS).
• Go-Live Execution :Participateincutover planning, legacy data migration, and hypercare support for high-volume manufacturing facilities.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience And Education

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Technical SAP knowledge of: ABAP programming language, bapi, idoc, ALV, SAPscript, batchinput, smartforms, LSMW, job scheduling, implementation of OSS notes, etc. Technical knowledge of SAP authorizations, Java, SAP Netweaver, etc. is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of ERP applications, system development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, and IT practices and methods. Knowledge of EAI / integration principles is a plus.
• General knowledge of SAP business processes & SAP modules.
• Proficient using PC.

Other Pertinent Job Information

• Temporary indirect reporting relationships may exist while working as Project lead. May be required to act in senior role, providing task related advice and direction to junior team members.
• Hybrid Structure : On-site 4 days a week at our corporateoffice.
• Remote Flexibility : 1 day a week of remote work flexibility.
• Travel Expectation : Available for on-site travel to distribution centers during critical project phases, cutovers, and go-live events.
