Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
Availability for flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple areas critical to keeping operations running smoothly.
Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments.
Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety.
Hire, train, develop and appraise staff.
Make recommendations to improve operations.
Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team.
Ensure records are maintained and reports are completed on time.
Adhere to OSHA and other safety standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
