Job summary

Altec is seeking a procurement/clerical professional in Burnsville, NC to support the supply chain team with procurement of materials, supplies and services under close supervision. Responsibilities include inventory transactions, PO processing and supplier coordination.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years external or 1 year internal experience in supply chain, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; APICS counts as experience. Oracle/ERP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• External: 2 years applicable experience; Internal: 1 year Altec experience, Supply Chain functions preferred.
• APICS Certification counts as one year of experience.
• Microsoft Office suite experience required.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and concepts preferred.
• Oracle/ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience required:

• Microsoft Office suite experience required.
