Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage order fulfillment and inventory across multiple retail channels from its Plano base.

You will coordinate with factory, planning, and logistics teams to optimize allocation and delivery, monitor production schedules, and manage exceptions to ensure efficient fulfillment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in supply chain, with strong ERP and Excel/data analysis capabilities, plus excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience managing customer orders and inventory in complex supply chains.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; proficient in ERP tools.
• Ability to coordinate across Factory, Headquarters, Planning, Sales and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment and inventory across distribution channels.
• Monitor factory inventory, production schedules, demand, POs and transfers.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics and major retail customers (Best Buy, Sam’s Club, etc.).
• Create and manage manual POs and standard transfer orders between hubs.
• Track weekly orders, aging inventory, and optimize allocation for fulfillment.
