Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano, TX, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage order fulfillment, inventory allocation, and cross-functional coordination across major retail partners.

You will monitor factory inventory, production schedules, and customer demand; collaborate with Planning, Sales, Logistics and Headquarters to optimize inventory and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in supply chain, with strong Excel and ERP experience;

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze complex data.

Responsabilidades

• Manage weekly order tracking and fulfillment for major TV retail customers.
• Monitor and manage customer purchase orders, order changes, deliveries, and system discrepancies.
• Manage weekly factory inventory in coordination with Planning and Headquarters teams.
• Collaborate with Planning to provide inventory visibility and support allocation decisions.
• Create and manage transfer orders to optimize inventory positioning.
• Support inventory optimization and reduce aging inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve allocation and fulfillment efficiency.
