Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
• Experience: No experience required (1 year experience in SCM operation or manufacturing experience preferred)
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Logistics Process, Inventory Management, Transportation, Logistics.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work fast-paced and goal-oriented; high proficiency in Excel; strong communication and planning abilities; customer focus; decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management - manage and review with two 3PLs contracts on Warehousing and Transportation to drive on-time delivery at competitive cost; RFQ/RFP for new 3PLs if SEHA requirement not fulfilled.
• Inventory Management - ensure On-Time Factory Out, FIFO, prevent Surplus and Shortage to fulfill customers' delivery requirement.
• Transportation/Container Yard Management - ensure transportation capacities are fulfilled to support production, inventory accuracy of container yard, inspection of containers for high-quality delivery.
• Warehouse Management - provide safe work environment, equipment management, loading procedures, Pro-3M, HR issues.
• Direct Shipment Management - ensure SEHA supplies 60%+ to direct customers (e.g., Lowe's, Best Buy, Costco) to save costs; coordinate with Planning, SEA Supply Chain, HQ GOC.
• Cost Saving Activities – identify and implement cost-saving procedures (vendor changes for warehouse staffing, consumables, exports, and outbound warehouse optimization).
