Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in a high transactional volume, customer-focused role.
• Experience with ERP systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely order entry and allocation of product to orders.
• Understand specific customer requirements and communicate with internal teams.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and analyze reports for business leaders.
• Post transactions timely and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Provide coverage when away and support other Supply Chain staff.
• Cross-train across product groups and business units to strengthen coverage.
• Procurement of raw materials and scheduling of production.
• Arrange pickup and delivery, organize shipping paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources for transportation emergencies.
• Track customer complaints related to EHS& S and adhere to hazardous materials regulations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Kaizen events.
