• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, logistics, or order expediting.
• Experience tracking purchase orders, supplier commitments, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Experience communicating with suppliers and resolving late, incomplete, or delayed deliveries.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor purchase orders and supplier commitments to ensure on-time delivery.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support material planning, supplier coordination, and inventory management activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods needed to meet production schedules and operational demands.

The Supply Chain Specialist will work cross-functionally with purchasing, planning, production, engineering, warehouse, and logistics teams to monitor supplier performance, track purchase orders, identify potential supply chain disruptions, and proactively resolve material shortages. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, supplier relationship management experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, logistics, materials management, or order expediting.
• Experience tracking purchase orders, supplier commitments, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Experience communicating with suppliers and resolving late, incomplete, or delayed deliveries.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or related supply chain certification.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or industrial operations environments.
• Knowledge of inventory control, materials planning, and supplier performance management.
