Job summary

LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support operations and ensure on-time availability of materials to meet production demands. You will work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory, improve supplier performance, and drive overall efficiency.

Responsibilities include building supplier relationships, monitoring inventory, analyzing data, and coordinating with production and engineering to resolve supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or materials management.
• Experience with ERP systems for purchasing and inventory management.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Excel reporting and data analysis proficiency.

The Supply Chain Specialist will support supply chain operations and ensure the timely availability of materials needed to meet production demands. This role works closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain inventory levels, improve supplier performance, and support overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing plans based on customer forecasts and production requirements.
• Analyze purchasing data, inventory reports, and material requirements to support production schedules and safety stock targets.
• Manage supplier returns and resolution of non-conforming or defective materials.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other internal teams to address material availability, project needs, and supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or materials management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems for purchasing and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
