Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage inventory levels, reduce excess and obsolete stock, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts.
  • Lead ERP system implementation and support system improvements across sites.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production timelines and customer demands are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team while promoting accountability and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and mitigate supply chain risks.

Job description

Compensation: Up to $180,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager to lead and improve end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on driving efficiency, managing procurement and inventory, and ensuring alignment between materials, production, and delivery.

Job Duties
  • Oversee daily supply chain operations including procurement, production support, and material flow
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage inventory levels, reduce excess and obsolete stock, and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Lead ERP system implementation and support system improvements across sites
