Qualifications

• Ability to simplify complex processes into practical guidance and training materials.
• Experience developing process documentation, workflows, or training programs.
• Experience with cost analysis and financial evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a learning curriculum for PMs and OMs on waste treatment options.
• Create a decision tree and tools guiding treatment selection.
• Define outreach and follow-up activities with suppliers and operations.
• Incorporate financial analysis into the learning program.
