Qualifications

• Ability to simplify complex processes into practical guidance and training materials.

• Experience developing process documentation, workflows, or training programs.

• Experience with cost analysis and financial evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to document waste treatment methods, capabilities, requirements, and operational considerations.
• Develop a learning curriculum that educates PMs and OMs on available treatment options and the circumstances under which each should be evaluated.
• Create a decision tree and supporting tools that guide users through the treatment selection process, including recommended first, second, and alternative options based on waste stream characteristics.
• Define the outreach, qualification, and follow-up activities required for each treatment path, including supplier engagement and operational coordination steps.
• Incorporate financial analysis components into the learning program, including: treatment cost comparisons, margin impact considerations, transportation and logistics costs, revenue and profitability implications, and supplier pricing evaluation.
• Develop standardized workflows and reference materials that enable consistent decision-making across the organization.
• Gather feedback from PMs, OMs, and key stakeholders to validate learning content and ensure usability.
• Pilot training materials and refine the program based on user feedback and business needs.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.
