Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate in Manchester, Kentucky. This full-time daytime role handles replenishment, receiving, and delivery of supplies and equipment within hospital par locations.

You will update data, verify shipments, and maintain organized, tagged storage areas while collaborating with clinical departments. The position requires basic math, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Clear English communication with drivers and clinicians.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update data for product conversions and assist in par location item layout design/maintenance.
• Inspect deliveries against packing slips and verify delivery locations.
• Complete replenishment, picking and receiving in the system.
• Tag capital equipment on receipt and notify purchasing of info.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepare items for return.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to customers and ensure correct location delivery.
• Maintain par levels and stock in designated areas; ensure orderly, tagged storage.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure collaboration on inventory needs.

Job Description:

• Other duties as assigned.
• Assists with updating data associated with product conversions, and participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout.
• Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations.
• Completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain accurate records.
• Tags capital equipment upon receipt and communicates necessary information to purchasing.

• Disburses materials to various facility locations according to established routes and schedules.
